Friends of Girls on the Run in Acadiana is a group of remarkable individuals who make significant annual financial gifts to ensure all girls are able to benefit from our youth development program. Impact

Since 2013, Girls on the Run has impacted the lives of over 2,700 young girls in Acadiana. We believe all girls deserve the opportunity to learn critical life skills to help them lead joyful, healthy, confident lives.The cost to deliver our evidence-based 10-week program is over $250 per girl. Families pay a registration fee of $210-$25. Over 55% of girls request financial assistance with no girl turned away due to financial barriers. As a Friend of Girls on the Run, you are bringing confidence and healthy decision-making to girls throughout Acadiana.
